Community Access - Individual (CAI) provides individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities the opportunity to receive personalized support from a dedicated caregiver in the community. Caregivers assist with maintaining and strengthening daily living and functional skills, implementing personalized schedules, providing transportation, and offering support during community activities.
The Community Access Group (CAG) at Diane Loves Living provides adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities opportunities to build confidence, independence, and meaningful connections through guided community experiences. Participants enjoy engaging outings, social activities, and hands on learning that encourage personal growth and active participation in everyday life.
From visiting parks, museums, and community events to practicing everyday life skills and exploring new interests, each experience is designed to be accessible, supportive, and enjoyable. Our team encourages communication, teamwork, self advocacy, and independence while creating a welcoming environment where friendships flourish and every individual feels valued.
